As part of this expanded relationship, Corrigo will provide mobile services for Realeum customers through its CorrigoNet system. Financial agreements between the two were not disclosed. This is the latest step in a series of Corrigo expansions and agreements in recent months. It has allied with other firms such as Louisville, Ky.-based ElectricStreets, which provides services similar to Realeum. Property owners and managers and other commercial real estate players are increasingly turning to Web-based services that enable tenants to pay rent and make maintenance requests online.
