Bloomington-based United also recently completed the build out of 11,000 sf of office space for Messerli & Kramer, which opened a new branch office in the Plymouth Business Center at 3405 Annapolis Lane in Plymouth. Mark Colburn, senior manger of construction management services for United, is managing both projects.
