Houlihan-Parnes Realtors has signed a long-term lease for 14,616 sf at One West Red Oak Lane. Chief officials of Houlihan-Parnes are partners in GHP Office Realty. Houlihan-Parnes, which has been in business since 1891, will be relocating from offices in Hartsdale to the Red Oak Lane property by April 2001.
Superior Maintenance Co. has leased the remainder of the One West Red Oak, approximately 6,678 sf. SK Real Estate Services represented the tenant. In addition, Pollan, Manner & Wess LLP, a tax advisory company, has taken 1,500 sf, and Start Management, a real estate investment firm, has signed for 1,000 sf at Four West Red Oak Lane.
