Jay Hruska, senior director of C&W's Connecticut office, which represented Bayer in the negotiation, notes that in addition to extending its approximately 70,000 sf lease at 488 Wheeler's Farms Road, Bayer has elected to expand and sublease one additional floor encompassing 25,500 sf at 478 Wheelers Farms Road from Inter-Tel Corporation.
The Milford locations serve as the Bayer Pharmaceutical Division's North American headquarters. More than 2,000 employees work here.
