GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-The African Evangelical Church of Arlington has secured a building and adjoining land in two transactions, handled by Henry S. Miller Commercial. It's the first step toward a new church for the parish.
The buyer is planning to build a new church on the site. The deal includes 28,000 sf of land that has been bought from Jonathan Kutner. A Henry S. Miller Commercial senior vice president has represented the buyer and sellers in the transactions.
