Vinland Riverside Partners LP of New York City is the seller of the 142-unit complex.Brokers from the Dallas and Austin offices of Hendricks & Partners Inc. handled the transaction. Hendricks & Partners is located at 4705 Spicewood Springs Rd. in Austin.
