The Memphis-based operation is placing Blair Ball into the lead position for the team. Ball also had been instrumental in setting up Texas Association chapters in Dallas and Houston.
Ball says his goal will be to expand GN's market share across the south. GN Mortgage is one of the nation's oldest wholesale-only lenders. It is a subsidiary of Guaranty Bank SSB, based in Milwaukee.
