Council members Jack Feller and Esther Sanchez, elected in November, join Terry Johnson, Carol McCauley and Betty Harding in considering the project, which has been in the works for more than two years.
Feller strongly favors the project, while Sanchez, who was strongly opposed to it when the project's proposed location was on the beach west of Pacific Street , remains lukewarm to the idea, even though it has been moved east of Pacific.
The council will consider the $120-million plan at a briefing scheduled for Wednesday, at 6 p.m .
