The company recognized Jon Gershman, Robert G. Martin and Dean Shapiro of Insignia/ESG Inc. and Robert J. Giglio, Esq. of Cushman & Wakefield. Also recognized were Charles Brown and Fred Sciliano of C.W. Brown for the firm's contracting work at the 380,625 sf Reckson Metro Center.
Insignia/ESG's senior director Martin was recognized for his part in the Metromedia Fiber lease of 79,736 sf at Reckson Metro Center. Cushman's Giglio was honored for his work on the Heineken USA lease of two floors at the property. Insignia's Shapiro and Gershman earned the award for their work on the Tradeout.Com lease deal for 56,869 sf at 100 Summit Lake Drive in Valhalla.
