C&R Real Estate Partner Named Head of Local CAR Chapter

Maltase, a partner in C&R Real Estate Services Co. and a licensed designated broker in Oregon and Washington, has been actively involved with the Association for six years. His company, C&R Real Estate, is a property management and brokerage firm that specializes in investment sales. The company has been in business for a little over 30 years. Prior to C&R, Maltase was a vice president with Coldwell Banker Commercial, specializing in commercial sales and land development.
