Cerdec is taking the space to be closer to its Mexico customers, which represent a large segment of its ceramic finishing business, says Hudson. The firm will occupy 24% of the IPERS-owned building with the five-year pact. Hudson represented Cerdec in the transaction while Edward Bane of the Holt Cos. acted on behalf of IPERS, which now has the site, totaling about 111,000 sf, fully leased.
