The wholesaler will be occupying space vacated by Superior Metals, which has closed its Dallas operations, Michelle Hudson of Henry S. Miller Commercial told GlobeSt.com. The property at 4946 Top Line Dr. is owned by Mercantile-Quaker, which Hudson has represented. The park is fully leased as a result of the transaction, says Hudson. Mark Miller of the Robert Lynn Co. in Dallas has acted on behalf of the tenant who plans to use the property for a wholesale distribution center.
In another Henry S. Miller Commercial transaction, Popeye's Fried Chicken has bought a 2,800-sf Whataburger Inc. building at 1808 W. Pioneer Parkway in Arlington. Paul Harmon, vice president of the land division at Henry S. Miller, has represented Whataburger in the sale.
