The complex, known as Mission Suites, is about 95% occupied and stands at 1379 Mission Blvd. It was purchased by LA-based Mission Suite LP.
The seller is the private Carol McNamee Trust of San Jose. Erik Messinger of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office represented both parties in the transaction.
