The move to the 54,085 sf facility at 535 Anton Blvd. is considered a consolidation of UltraLink's employees from the company's El Segundo facilities that were previously known as iBenefits, to its prior facility in Costa Mesa. UltraLink provides employee benefits including enrollment, management, administration and procurement solution in the healthcare industry.
"While UltraLink will maintain its presence in El Segundo, their executive staff will be housed in Costa Mesa," says Vincent E. Pellerito, VP of Cushman Realty Corp.'s West Los Angeles office, who represented UltraLink in the transaction.
In addition to Pellerito, Ted C. Simpson and Brian D. Ulf, both VPs at Cushman Realty's downtown Los Angeles office also represented the tenant. The owner represented itself.
