Stephanie and Robert Fay sold the 28-unit South Second Apartments at 255 S. Second St. in El Cajon for about $1.8 million. Hendricks & Partners represented the sellers, while buyers Mitchell and Zora McDonald were represented by Equitec Real Estate.

In a separate deal, Hendricks represented the seller in the sale of the 132-unit Sunset Trails Apartments at 8655 Graves Ave. in Santee. FSF Sunset Trails Association sold the property for almost $8 million toGleiberman Properties.
