The buildings stand at 902-926 Colorado Ave. and 1630-1651 16th St. The Colorado Ave. facility encompasses 40,000 sf, and the 16th Street building encompasses 75,000 sf. Tenants include GMH Architects and Omnicom.

The seller was New York-based Wellsford Capital Partners. The buyer was Minneapolis based-DA Associates. David Thurman of Grubb & Ellis's West LA office represented both parties in the transaction.
