Andrew D. Smith has joined as an associated engineer in the special projects group. Smith has a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Colorado School of Mines-Golden. He will work on stormwater management projects. Christopher M. Degenhardt has joined the firm's environmental department as a technician. He will be responsible for producing plans in AutoCAD.
