A 33-year-old franchisor of retail copy centers in California, Florida, Georgia and Texas, Copy Club will open its newest branch at the site, part of the 49,500-sf Sand Canyon Plaza at 6601 Irvine Center Dr., in March.
Tom Gioia of Lee & Associates' Irvine Spectrum office represented the owner, and Rich Aries of ESR Commercial Real Estate in Agoura Hills represented the tenant in the transaction.
