ATLANTA-Taylor & Mathis and Gaultney Development Co. plan to break ground by spring on the 240-acre Georgia Technology Center in Gwinnett County off Interstate 85, 30 miles northeast of Downtown.
The center will comprise 1.3 million sf of light industrial and 425,000 sf of retail. The 62-acre residential segment will include townhomes and single-family homes. Additionally, the developers plan to designate nearly 50 acres for green space of parks, trails, and natural areas.
