The terms of the lease were not immediately available. Pluris is maker of fault-tolerant IP core routers for Internet service providers. CRESA Partners San Jose is one of the area's largest corporate real estate advisory firms focusing on tenant representation.</p> <p xmlns:i=\"incisive-repository\" xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\">Mission West Properties Inc. is a REIT focused on commercial R & D properties primarily located in the Silicon Valley. The Company manages 89 properties totaling approximately 6.2 million sf.
