Jacobson Companies is initially filling 170,000 sf in the Valley West Distribution Center, a building at 601 N. 75th Ave. The company plans to move into a new 130,000-sf building that is being built adjacent to the existing building within the next few months.
Zimmerman Investments of Scottsdale owns the project.
The Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis, with broker A.J. Lydon, negotiated the lease.
