Sims, who has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, will also look for additional land for development and work on design-build projects for Ryan's clients. He comes to Ryan from United Properties, where he was vice president and team leader. Ryan had been one of Sims' biggest clients when he was with United, a Bloomington, MN-based commercial real estate firm.
