Miguel Podolsky, a Santa Cruz, CA-based investor bought the Villa Del Sol Apartments, a 104-unit complex at 6775 E. Golf Links Rd. in Tucson, for $2.035 million. The complex is in southeast Tucson, just a few miles north of Davis Monthan Air Force Base.
The property was sold by Nicol Investment Company, a San Diego-based real estate investment firm. Nicol Investment Co. had owned the property for five years.
The Tucson office of Marcus & Millichap, with broker Mike McClain, represented the principals in the sale.
