The latest newcomers to the popular corridor are California-based Ace Relocation Systems, Inc., which has moved into a 37,769-sf warehouse, and Integrated Power Solutions, a local startup, that's taking 17,000 sf of warehouse space in Kyle. NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Co. has handled the transactions.
