Logistics Firm Signs $10 Mil Lease

LOS ANGELES-German firm takes 110,000 sf at Watson Corporate Center in Carson. The firm is locating its local headquarters there.

LOS ANGELES-A German-based global logistics company has signed a $10-million lease agreement for a new LA-area headquarters in Carson.

Germany's Hellmann Worldwide Logistics will take 110,000-sf at the Watson Corporate Center. The complex stands at 2270 E. 220th St.

Harvey Beesen and Luke Staubitz of LA-based Klabin Co. represented Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. Watson Land Co., developer of Watson Corporate Center, was represented in-house.
