Austin-Burke, specializing in office and industrial parks, has broken ground on Chandler Creek Business Park. The project calls for 163,000 sf of office and industrial space geared to small-to-medium size businesses. The development offers purchase and lease-purchase options, a new concept in the Austin market for commercial property, says leasing agent Jerry Heare, a corporate real estate specialist with NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Co.
