Retail Center Fetches $22.4 Mil

LOS ANGELES-Private group buys 106,415-sf shopping complex in Redondo Beach.

The property stands at 401-417 Pacific Coast Highway. The seller, a private partnership known as Redondo Shores LLC, purchased the center in 1995.

Both the seller and the buyer, a private investment group, were represented by Adam Christofferson of Marcus & Millichap's Encino office.
