The new leases are expected to add more than $1.8 million in annual gross revenues for Country Maid. Both will be operated and managed by the subsidiary, Territorial Inns Management Inc. The most valuable of the two properties is the 82-room Best Western Conestoga Inn in Plainview, TX, currently owned by True Visions Co. LLC. The property is valued at $3 million. Renamed the Best Western Hallmark Inn, it is anticipated to add $1.15 million per year in revenue to Country Maid Financial. The other facility is the 82-room Fort Stockton Super Eight Motel in Fort Stockton, TX. It is valued at $1.1 million and is expected to generate another $700,000 in annual revenue. Country Main chairman C.R.

Country Maid chairman C.R. Kearns predicts the addition of these two properties and three others already announced will increase the company's annual revenues to more than $6 million in 2001, a 71% jump from the estimated $3.5 million generated in 2000. Two of the other purchases, also from True Visions and valued at $2 million apiece, were the 60-room Best Western Hallmark Inn in Lawrence, KS, expected to add $700,000 in revenue for the company; and the 95-room Select Inn in Joplin, MO, which has estimated annual gross revenues of approximately $800,000.

Country Maid is traded on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board. Its current share price is $1, up 12.5 cents on the day on volume of 200 shares. The current price is off 75 cents from it high, achieved last July, and well above its 52-week low of 25 cents, which happened last February.
