Tom Weinstock and Robert Gold of Grubb & Ellis, who negotiated the deal, say the company will locate 50 employees at the Armstrong Park location. Weinstock said Valassis recently acquired Retail Marketing Systems of Shelton and Retail Management Services of Wilton.
Valassis Communications gathers and interprets consumer purchasing data and reports trends and patterns to the manufacturers of consumer packaged goods and retailers. CB Richard Ellis represented Fusco Corp., owner of the 180,000 sf building.
