Originally, CapitalStream was based out of a very small Seattle office. In 1998, the company moved to 10,000 sf at 701 N 34th. Having outgrown those accommodations, the company nine months ago split itself between that office and another 17,000 sf at 190 Queen Anne Ave. N.
That move was a stop-gap while construction was being completed on its new home--the 54,000-sf Evanston Building at 501 N 34th St. All 140 employees are now back together, and CapitalStream can put away the packing boxes for a while.
The Evanston Building is part of a larger, newly completed complex. For unknown reasons, the leasing agent for the complex declined to provide GlobeSt anymore detail on the development.
