The telecommunications industry supplier is phasing out its distribution operations in suburban Norcross, GA and expects to move 75 employees into the Meadows space during the second quarter. Meadows X is 30 miles north of Downtown and five miles north of Alltel's main 550,000-sf campus in Alpharetta.
Meadows X was developed by Childress Klein Properties which has leased almost 700,000 sf in the park since 1996.
