The complex stands on a 14.5-acre parcel at 2805 Rustin Ave. It was leased to communications giant Pacific Bell earlier this year for a 10-year term.
The buyer is Rustin Avenue Partners, a group that includes LA-based Century Park Partners. Century Park will also serve as the property's asset manager.
A team of CB Richard Ellis brokers that includes Bob Smith, Jerry Nourse and Vindar Batoosingh represented both the buyer and the seller, New Jersey-based development giant Gale & Wentworth.
