According to King County property records, Legacy Partners paid $11.5 million for the 6.5-acre site at 7803 159th Pl. NE. The seller of the property was Wes Geisbrecht. Legacy expects to complete the permitting process in the third quarter of this year, with construction anticipated for the spring of 2002. Neither project manager Mike Gleason nor other sources at Legacy's Seattle office were immediately available to verify details.
