Among the lead tenants are Aetna in the first phase, and Metris Cos. in the second, according to Opus officials. The two properties, which are linked, are at the intersection of Interstate-394 and County 73. OpusNorthwest, which both designed and built the project, completed it in August.
Opus Northwest has nearly tripled its management division from 5 million sf to 14 million sf of retail and industrial space in the past few years, said MikeDwyer, senior vice president and managing director of Opus Northwest.
Opus Northwest is an affiliate of the Opus Corp. in Minnetonka, MN. Opus Corp. has about 28 million sf of commercial space planned or under construction this year, and manages more than 32 million sf of office,industrial and retail space.
