A proposal submitted by the Zimmer Cos. indicated that to review the existing plans for a 50-acre parcel adjacent to the existing Berkely Riverfront Park, the company would charge $125 to $200 an hour. For the creation of a development strategy, the Zimmer Cos. would charge between $250,000 and $300,000.
