The aviation products company is scheduled to occupy the newly purchased building, located at 1801 Lambert Rd., in March 2001. When it moves in, Powerturbine will use the facility as its corporate headquarters. The facility will also house the company's administrative offices and warehouse operation.

Powerturbine has also sold the 10,127-sf industrial building it currently occupies in Brea to Global Aviation for $834,715. The buyer will be relocating from another facility in Brea and occupying its new building, located at 601 Lunar Ave., in March 2001. The facility will house Global's offices, manufacturing and warehousing operations.

Troy Williams of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office represented Powerturbine in both transactions. Jim deRegt of Lee & Associates' Newport Beach office represented San Dimas-based private investor Raymond Boal in the sale of the Lambert property to Powerturbine. Mark Hintergardt of Lee & Associates-Orange Inc. represented Global Aviation in purchasing the Lunar property.
