UCR's Jean Smith and Darrell Hernandez have signed Blockbuster Video to 3,500 sf of retail space in Northside Marketplace, a Winn Dixie-anchored center. The Camco Development project is located near the intersection of Jacksboro Highway and Texas 183 in Ft. Worth. The leasing team also has inked a pact for 4,250 sf of retail space from Arcus Cos. in Plano's Shiloh Crossing Shopping Center, where Blockbuster will open yet another North Texas store. UCR's Jeff Brand and Brooke Bowen have acted on the building owner's behalf in the second signing.
A 12,000-sf lease puts World Olympic Gymnastics Academy into Dallas' Hillcrest Village, a UCR property anchored by Albertsons. UCR's Chas Williamson and Ross Golman have signed the new tenant for the property situated at the intersection of Hillcrest and Arapaho roads.
Arlington's Six Flags Village is getting a new tenant, Salon Versailles, for 10,279 sf of retail space in a deal recently inked by UCR' Brooke Bowen and Shelley Taylor for plaza owner Today Realty Advisors. In a 4,000-sf retail signing, UCR's Maury Levy and Chas Williamson have signed Prestige Rental-Purchase to a spot in Mesquite's Hillcrest Shopping Center. Terry Anderson of BJ Anderson Co. had co-brokered the lease.
The Henry S. Miller Commercial team of Jim Turano, vice president, and Jeff Ablard has signed client Engenium Corp. to 4,007 sf of office space at Landmark Place. Verco Properties owns the 14990 Landmark Blvd. office building in Addison.
