The FastOffice space can accommodate approximately seven people per 1,000 sf and lease terms are from month-to-month for up to 18 months. Customers can also have access to expanded service packages that include receptionist services, kitchen facilities, mail service and equipped meeting rooms.
Bluesocket Inc., a developer of roaming services for corporate wireless networks, moved into 1,800 sf of FastOffice space at Equity Office's New England Executive Park. Equity plans to have additional FastOffice space available by 2002.
Equity Office, which owns 13 million sf in this area, is the largest owner of office space here. The company has more than 30 FastOffice locations totaling more than 600,000 sf under construction in ten major cities.
