EDINA, MN-The 96,000-sf office building is part of a mixed-use development in this Minneapolis suburb. Leasing has begun on the 96,000-sf, three-story Class A office building at Highway 100 and 50th Street.
The project will be ready for occupancy in September. The building will be connected to a new 38,000-sf public library and senior activity center. Ron Clark Construction also is building 170 townhomes atthe site, with the first 70 homes expected to be ready by spring of 2002.
