The firm's role is the first step toward construction of a new General Motors vehicle engineering center building complex. The new facility will be an eight-story, state-of-the-art complex providing an additional 1 million sf of office space inside the campus ofGM's Warren Tech Center.
The building will serve as new headquarters for many of vehicle engineering employees. Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2002.
