The largest space taker is Bechtel Telecommunications, which has signed for 6,215 sf at 2024 E. St. Elmo Rd., with Adams Translation Services opting to renew its 5,000-sf pact for the Austin Technology Center at 10435 Burnet Rd.
A 5,200-sf lease has been signed by Communications Services for the Deaf, which will be headed to the LAM Research Building, located at 1524 S. Interstate 35. Manpower Services has leased 2,500 sf at Northpoint Center, situated at 6850 Austin Center Blvd. while X HLP Inc. has subleased 2,000 sf at Great Hills Corporate Center at 9050 N. Capital of Texas Highway.
CB Richard Ellis' Cinco Cocke and Jerry Lumsden have represented the tenants in the deals. Additional information is not available about lease specifics or brokers names for the building owners.
