Opus Northwest will look at apartment and condominium development opportunities in the Twin Cities; Kansas City; Des Moines, IA; Omaha,NE; Denver and St. Louis markets. He will continue to work on Grandview Square, Opus Northwest's $75-million mixed-used project in Edina, MN.
Opus Northwest has concentrated on office, industrial and retail projects.
