The nationwide company provides special events decor and equipment. Strong has inked a five-year lease, effective Feb. 15. The signing takes the early 1980s' industrial structure to full occupancy, according to Troy MacMane, senior associate for Trammell Crow Co.'s Industrial Leasing Division who brokered the deal. The going rate at the building is 50 cents per sf.
MacMane and associate Brian Liverman have handled the transaction for the tenant and the joint venture owner. MacMane told GlobeSt.com the lease means more space for the business, which has had a spot in the north central submarket for about five years. The supplier is relocating from about 8,000 sf in Interchange Business Park.
