Midwest Warehouse is a warehouse and distribution company with operations in 1.8 million sf in the suburbs of Bedford Park, Naperville, Northlake, Cicero and Bridgeview in addition to the new facility in the Internationale Centre Business Park here.
The new facility has 230,062 square feet for warehouse use, 48 exterior truck docks, one drive-in and rail spur access with six rail doors.
Tim Thompson of Insignia/ESG represented Midwest Warehouse in the transaction. partner and senior project manager Chris Paxson, assistant project manager Darren Lackey and superintendent Brian Matthies supervised construction for FCL. Catellus Development Corp. was project developer and Dobrin & Associates, Inc. provided architectural services.
