Prior to joining Trammell Crow in March 1999 as a senior vice president and director of the management services team, Petersen specialized in the Chicago property management arena managing the Midwest region for Insignia/ESG, which encompassed Chicago, St. Louis and here. He also served as senior vice president of management and principal of Mid States Bradford Company after the disposition of his company ownership to the Koll Co.
Within the last 12 months, Petersen's involvement with Trammell Crow's institutional clients, as well as his involvement in new business efforts has added 3 million sf to the firm's portfolio.
