Bilbro Construction Co. completed the work on 47,265 sf at the developer's building at 7575 Metropolitan Dr. The work includes the installation of bullet-resistant panel and windows in public areas, a fire alarm and security system and communications infrastructure.
Burnham Real Estate Services represented Vayusphere in the transaction, and CB Richard Ellis represented Kilroy.
Local architect Gene Cipparone designed the improvements.
