Scott has been head of United Properties' retail brokerage group since 1992. Prior to joining United Properties, Scott was for 14 years a partner with Jackson-Scott and Associates, a Twin Cities retail management firm, and he worked for 12 years asvice president of leasing for Dayton-Hudson Properties, now Target Corp., before that.
