SHELTON, CT-Inrange Technologies has sold its property at 1 Waterview Dr. here for $5.5 million to a New Jersey-based real estate investment firm. The building totals 92,000 sf of space.
"Inrange wanted to consolidate their real estate holdings, but at the same time wished to remain in their Shelton location," said Cushman's Tom O'Leary. The building is located just off exit 13 on Route 8.
