ATLANTA-S&S Engineers Inc. plans to break ground shortly on a 40,000-sf office structure following the successful leaseup of its first three-story, 70,000-sf building in Henry County, 15 miles from Downtown.
The second building is 50% pre-leased, according to a company news release. Area rents are $16.50 per sf to $21 per sf. The 11-acre site is near Henry Medical Center, a major medical facility.
