Company CEO Roger Gower did not return calls by presstime, but in a released statement, he is quoted as saying, "Due to the significant shift in our revenue base, we have commenced the consolidation of the manufacturing and operations functions currently performed in our Marlborough, MA facility to St. Paul, Minneapolis and are implementing other cost reduction initiatives, which will result in a restructuring charge in the first quarter of 2001."
The Company's offices here are part of a subsidiary to MCT, Aseco Corporation. MCT will continue to maintain its research and development here as well as its sales operations.
